Week 2: November 17 through November 23
Monday, 17: Pole Hike at Hillside Park, at high school 5:15.
Tuesday, 18: Outside in shoes, intervals and games. 4:45
Wednesday, 19: EZ on wheels, working on technique. 4:45
Thursday, 20: On Wheels, Tech for some, intervals for others. Weather? 4:45
Friday, 21: Core Body Strength. (Dress for indoor.) 5:00
Saturday, 22: Ride 'n Tie at Maple Grove Stadium - Bike and Run at 10:00am, Bring the Family and Friends!
Week 1: November 10 through November 16
Monday, 10: First day of practice. Dress for all weather.
Tuesday, 11: Long Pole Hike at Hillside Park
Wednesday, 12: Wet Roads: We'll be in shoes for some technique and then games. 4:45
Thursday, 13: On Wheels, Tech for some, intervals for others. Weather? 4:45
Friday, 14: Core Body Strength. (Dress for indoor.) 5:00
Saturday, 15: Ski Swap. Train on your own, details at practice.
Week 0: November 3 through November 9
Monday, 3: Parents/Team Meeting at 6:00 pm. We will have all the important season information that you want. The information is free, I wish I could say the same for the sport.
Tuesday, 4: Election Day, don't forget to VOTE!
Wednesday, 5:
Thursday, 6: Make sure you have all forms and fees turned into the office before the first day of practice.
Friday, 7: Think Snow!
Saturday, 8: Ski Swap at Pioneer Midwest in Osseo.
