Dryland Training
2007-2008 Season
Dryland Training will take place until the snow falls. This will include conditioning on foot or wheels, interval training, strength training, plyometrics and other various methods as the season goes on. We will start the first week of practice with a general fitness test and follow that up in a few week with the same test. Hopefully you will have seen some growth in that short period of time. If we are on wheels, make sure you have your helmet on and buckled. A helmet is mandatory any time you are on wheels and if you are not wearing one you will lose your wheels.
Be prepared for all weather conditions; cold, rain, inside, outside. We will not cancel practice unless there are extreme reasons. Nordic Skiers are a hardy group and now you are one of us. Be proud and dress appropriately.
