Wow-what a day! It started raining on the way up but was a mix of sleety-snow when we arrived on base. The classic race went off as scheduled and was a challenge on the course. Skiers came in and recovered enough to get back on the course for the skate race. It was an exciting day and the teams were wonderful! Boys were 5th, Girls were 4th behind some tough competition. State qualifiers are Morgan W., Mitch N., Emma B., and Jane K. They’ll be heading up to Giant’s Ridge for the State Meet next Thursday – wish them luck!
Saturday our JV squad will be heading down to Lakeville to compete in the JV Championships. The bus will load at 7:00am, skate race, make sure you are on time and have everything with you. We’ll see you there, it should be a great day of racing! We plan on being home by 1:00pm.
