Hey group!  Enjoy your outings this week – 45 min easy run/pole hike or 70 min roller ski on Tuesday, 55 min easy run/pole hike or 80 min roller ski on Thursday.  Head out when you’ve got a group to go with.  Leave no man(skier) behind.  Core body will start in earnest next week, are you ready?  We’ve got some new moves for you!
